Payment for all pre-order styles will be charged immediately at checkout
You cannot cancel/return any pre-ordered items unless they are 8 days past due the approximate shipping date
If your shipment is past due and you would like to cancel, please email us at sales@cocokimono.com. Your refund will be processed via your original form of payment.
All pre-order items can be purchased with in-stock styles. They will ship separately unless you request to have everything shipped together.
If you order a pre-order item with an in-stock item, you will only be charged one shipping fee. This means that you do not need to pay any extra shipping fees even though items are shipping separately.
When items are shipped separately, you will receive a different tracking number per shipment.
All pre-orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Pre-orders will usually ship within 1-6 weeks.
