Order Cancellations:
We accept order cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it.

After 1 Hour or Order Shipped:
Once an order is being processed or has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. In that case, please refer to our return policy for further options.

Pre-Order or Sale Items:
Pre-orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.

To Request a Cancellation:
Email us at sales@cocokimono.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. We’ll confirm if the order is eligible for cancellation.
