Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We want you to love every Coco Kimono piece, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return, exchange, and cancellation policies below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Window:
We gladly accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returns are issued as store credit—we do not offer refunds. Items received after 14 days will not be eligible for return.
Return Conditions:
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free of stains, fragrance, and makeup residue

In original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to deny a return if any item does not meet these standards.

Online Returns
To start a return, email sales@cocokimono.com with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label within 24–48 business hours. Just print it, pack your items, and drop them off.

Store Credit & Fees
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit via E-Gift Card within 1–5 business days. Credits will be sent to the email on file.
Return Shipping Fees:

$8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit

If your original order received free shipping and your return lowers the total below $100, an additional $8.00 will be deducted (total of $16.00 for shipping and return)
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange for the same item and will cover the shipping costs for the exchange. Just email us at sales@cocokimono.com to get started.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind?
We accept order cancellations within 1 hour of purchase, as long as your order hasn't already been processed or shipped. After this window, we’re unable to cancel your order.
To request a cancellation, email us at sales@cocokimono.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. Pre-orders and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.
