Shipping
All orders are packed and shipped from our storefront in Long Beach Island, NJ.
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $250.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at sales@cocokimono.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it.
Local Pickup
Yes! If you're local to Long Beach Island, you can select "Local Pickup" at checkout (when available). You’ll receive an email once your order is ready, and pickups are available during regular store hours.
We’ll hold your order for 5 business days after it’s marked as ready.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on clothing items only for store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Log into your customer account and select the order you’d like to return. If eligible, you’ll see an option to submit a return request directly from your account.
If you don’t see the return option, your item may not be eligible — but feel free to reach out to us at sales@cocokimono.com and we’ll take a look.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can return the original for store credit and place a new order.
Yes — all sale items, accessories, and swimwear are final sale.
Orders
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Once your order has shipped and a tracking link has been provided, the delivery is in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking shows delays, delivery errors, or lost packages, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for updates or to file a claim.
First, check your spam folder. If it's not there, reach out to us at sales@cocokimono.com with your name and the email address used to place the order.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at sales@cocokimono.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

No — sale items are final and will not be restocked. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Select styles do go up to XL. We're continuing to expand our size range and appreciate your feedback on what you’d love to see.
Discounts & Promotions
Unless stated otherwise, no — only one discount code can be applied per order.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes do not apply to items already marked down with the exception of shipping discounts.
We don’t offer retroactive price adjustments on items after purchase. Pricing may change over time as we update collections, but all orders are placed at the price available at checkout.
Not always. Online promotions are exclusive to the website and may differ from in-store offers. In-store promotions will be advertised separately and must be redeemed in person.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to apply discount codes retroactively once an order is placed.
Typically yes — keep an eye out for pop-ups or landing pages offering free shipping or other perks when you sign up for our emails or SMS.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available here and are delivered via email.
