We’re just as excited for you to receive your order as you are! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your Coco Kimono package will ship.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET will begin processing the next business day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

US Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping

• Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage

• Flat rate: $8.00

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days after your package ships

• Ships Monday–Friday at 2 PM ET

Express Shipping

• Carrier: USPS Priority Mail Express

• Delivery time: 1–2 business days after shipping

• Processing time: Up to 3 business days

• Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends will ship the next business day

• Holidays are excluded

International Shipping (Canada)

We currently offer shipping to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International.

• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on package weight

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days after shipping

• Customs & Import Fees: Any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Coco Kimono is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact USPS Support to file a claim directly:
