Free People & FP Movement Size Chart

Find your perfect fit with Free People and FP Movement using the official size charts below. Because sizing can vary slightly by style and fabric, we always recommend checking this guide before placing your order. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help you find your best fit.

✦ Fit Note (Free People): Many styles have a relaxed or oversized silhouette. If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down.

✦ Fit Note (FP Movement): Designed with performance and comfort in mind. Most active styles run true to size with stretch.

✦ Tip: Be sure to check fabric composition on each product page — items with added stretch (like elastane or spandex) will offer more flexibility in fit.
